Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Site so we can improve the experience. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

  • _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) — Distinguishes unique users and tracks sessions and page views (Duration: 2 years)
  • _gid (Google Analytics) — Distinguishes users within a 24-hour period (Duration: 24 hours)

Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies track interactions with our email campaigns and measure conversion performance.

  • Mailchimp tracking (Mailchimp / Intuit) — Tracks email opens, link clicks, and waitlist conversions (Duration: 30 days)

Advertising & Social Media Cookies (Planned — Not Yet Active)

WealthWorks intends to implement advertising and social media cookies to support future paid acquisition campaigns and conversion tracking. These cookies are not currently active. We will update the effective date of this policy and request fresh consent before activating them.

  • _fbp (Meta / Facebook / Instagram) — Tracks conversions and enables retargeting on Meta platforms (Duration: 90 days)
  • _gcl_* (Google Ads) — Tracks ad clicks and conversions from Google campaigns (Duration: 90 days)
  • _ttp (TikTok) — Tracks conversions and enables retargeting on TikTok (Duration: 13 months)

These cookies will only be activated after our cookie consent banner is fully implemented and users have the ability to accept or decline this category independently. We will never activate advertising cookies without explicit user consent.

4. Cookies We Do NOT Currently Use

Beyond the planned advertising cookies described above, WealthWorks does not use cookies that track you across unrelated third-party websites, cookies that collect sensitive financial information, or cookies that enable automated profiling for credit or insurance decisions. We will update this policy before introducing any new cookie categories.
